MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202544005223 A) filed by Hithium Tech HK Limited, Hong Kong, on Jan. 22, for 'cooling box for energy storage device, energy storage device, and electricity-consumption device.'
Inventor(s) include Liutong Tian; Fangming Huang; and Yaqiang Ma.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The disclosure provides a cooling box for an energy storage device, an energy storage device, and an electricity-consumption device. The cooling box includes a housing and a cooling plate. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity. The cooling plate is disposed in the accommodating cavity and is provided with a flow channel, an inlet, an outlet, and a fuse mounting position. The inlet and the outlet are both in communication with the flow channel. The inlet allows coolant to enter the flow channel from the outside. The outlet allows coolant in the flow channel to flow out of the cooling plate. The fuse mounting position is configured to accommodate a fuse and is located adjacent to the inlet."
