MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517058499 A) filed by Apr Co. Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on June 18, for 'cosmetic procedure device and cosmetic procedure method.'
Inventor(s) include Ji, Jong Chul; Lee, Gyoun Jung; and Park, Seung Woo.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A cosmetic procedure device is provided. The cosmetic procedure device according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a main body; a head including a body part, which protrudes outward from the main body, and a contact part, which is provided at an end portion of the body part so as to be in contact with the skin and has a suction port; a negative pressure application module provided inside the main body so that negative pressure for uplifting a procedure area of the skin can be applied to the suction port; a height measurement sensor for measuring the height of the procedure area uplifted by means of the negative pressure; and a controller electrically connected to the negative pressure application module and the height measurement sensor, wherein the controller can control the negative pressure application module such that first negative pressure is applied to the suction port, and control the negative pressure application module such that second negative pressure determined on the basis of a first measurement height of the procedure area uplifted by means of the first negative pressure is applied to the suction port."
