MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517055755 A) filed by Nissei Asb Machine Co. Ltd., Nagano, Japan, on June 10, for 'delamination container, preform, method for manufacturing delamination container, and apparatus for manufacturing delamination container.'
Inventor(s) include Oike Toshiteru.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This peelable container contains a neck section having one side thereof open and a bottomed cylindrical trunk section connected to the neck section, wherein an inner layer is layered on the inside of an outer layer. The neck section of the inner layer includes: a first region that is formed by injection molding such that the first region adheres to the inner periphery of the neck section of the outer layer; a second region that is formed more to one side than the first region is and that is formed by injection molding in a state of protruding from the neck section of the outer layer; and a projection that is formed on the outer periphery of the second region and that causes peeling of the inner layer from the outer layer from one side of the neck section when the second region is pushed onto another side toward the neck section of the outer layer."
