The system comprises a dental chair incorporating sealed internal conduits housing a high-definition camera and microphone assembly, a touchscreen display unit for presenting standardized multilingual consent information, a patient consent input interface, and a central processing unit with secure data storage. The system is configured to synchronously capture audiovisual interactions between clinician and patient, authenticate patient acknowledgment through biometric, signature, or audiovisual inputs, and securely store the consent record as a single, tamper-resistant digital file. Embedded software applications manage video playback, synchronized recording, authentication, encryption, and data archival in compliance with applicable healthcare data protection regulations. By integrating informed consent capture directly into the dental chair workflow, the invention enhances patient understanding, improves clinical efficiency, and provides reliable, legally admissible documentation of informed consent."
