The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention (100) relates to the field of educational technology, specifically artificial intelligence-driven e-learning systems designed to enhance personalized learning and higher order thinking skills. Conventional digital learning platforms often lack adaptive personalization, effective doubt resolution, and structured mechanisms for evaluating analytical and problem-solving abilities. They are limited in interactivity, feedback integration, and dynamic content delivery, which restricts learner engagement and conceptual clarity. The present invention (100) provides an intelligent educational system that integrates task analysis (102), knowledge acquisition (103), representation, validation (104), and refinement phases into a unified framework. The system employs AI-based doubt resolution, adaptive test series of varying complexity, instructional videos, educational games, concept maps, and recapitulation modules. The technical framework is implemented using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Flask API, with deployment through Render and version control via GitHub. The system enables self-paced, advertisement-free, and accessible learning, fostering conceptual clarity, creativity, and problem-solving."
