MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024075 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 26, 2024, for 'design making assistive device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Dinesh Chandra Sharma; and Krishan Raj Singh.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A design making assistive device, comprising a housing 1 positioned over a ground surface, plurality of omnidirectional wheels 2 maneuver the housing 1, a touch interactive display panel 3 accessed by the user for giving inputs, a laser projector 4 projects beam over the marked design, a motorized roller 5 unwraps the tape, a motorized cutter 7 cuts the tape, an imaging unit 8 captures images of affixed tape, a multi-sectioned chamber 9 stores colors, a two-axis lead screw arrangement 10 translates nozzle 11, an electronic nozzle 11 dispenses colors over the design, a motorized sliding unit 12 translates the cutter 7, a speaker 13 informs the user, a robotic arm 14 translates the scraper 15 towards the sticked tape."
