A secure boundary layer ensures that only an authorized governed context is supplied to the reasoning engine and that outputs generated by the engine are subject to governance review before release. An audit and traceability subsystem records governance decisions to enable predictable, compliant and auditable operation. The invention enables consistent and policy-aligned AI behavior across enterprise, regulated and safety-critical environments."
