MUMBAI, India, June 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517016081 A) filed by Kirchner, Holger, Hohenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, Germany, on Feb. 24, for 'device and method for the automated, full-area application of flowable substances onto a building-side surface.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A device for the automated, full-area application of flowable substances onto a building-side surface of walls (10) or wall studs (12) which are mounted on the building side is equipped with a movement carriage (18, 30) which is driven by motor and is movable to and fro laterally parallel to the wall, an upwardly protruding vertical beam which is attached on the movement carriage (18, 30), and a plurality of outlet nozzles (38) which are attached vertically above one another to the vertical beam (24) for spraying the flowable substance onto the building-side surface. The outlet nozzles (38) can be moved by motor laterally towards the building-side surface and away from it individually relative to one another or in individual groups relative to adjacent groups of outlet nozzles (38). Furthermore, a method for the automated application is described."
