MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547098431 A) filed by Ashimori Industry Co. Ltd., Osaka, Japan, on Oct. 13, for 'device for winding up sheet-like member.'
Inventor(s) include Yasuda Soshi; and Yoshida Yushi.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A device (20) for winding up a sheet-like member is provided with: a winding shaft; a housing (50) that includes a locking side wall (71) having a through-hole (71h), and rotatably supports the winding shaft; and a lock member (80) that is movable between a lock position and a lock release position. The end part of the winding shaft includes a rotation restriction part (47), the lock member includes lock parts (84A), (84B), and the locking side wall includes holding parts (72A), (72B) disposed at intervals. In a state in which the lock member is positioned at the lock position, the lock parts are disposed between the rotation restriction part and the holding parts. Along with this, by the rotational urging force of the winding shaft, the rotation restriction part pushes the lock parts in a direction away from each other, while the holding parts restrict the movement of the lock parts in the direction away from each other, thereby restricting the rotation of the rotation restriction part."
The patent application was internationally filed on Apr. 12, 2024, under International application No.PCT/JP2024/014831.
