According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A computer-implemented method for controlling a system during an automated classification using a first machine learning model and a second machine learning model, the method comprising: receiving, at an input of the system, first input data relating to a speech or text input signal originating from a user device, the first input data indicating at least one condition; processing, by the one or more processors, a representation of the first input data using the first machine learning model to determine one or more scores, wherein each score represents a likelihood that the first input data indicates a respective one of a plurality of conditions; processing, by the one or more processors, at least one of the representation of the first input data and the one or more scores using the second machine learning model to determine a classification of a condition, the condition being a member of a first set of conditions or a second set of conditions; processing, by the one or more processors, at least the classification to determine a system output; and outputting, by an output of the system, the system output, wherein: the first machine learning model has been trained on first training data comprising more training instances for the first set of conditions than for the second set of conditions; and the second machine learning model has been trained on second training data comprising at least one training instances of each of the first set of conditions and the second set of conditions."
