MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531019812 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 5, for 'dietary routine facilitating food ingredients storage device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Subhaprada Dash.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A dietary routine facilitating food ingredients storage device, comprises of an elongated body 101 constructed with plurality of horizontal extendable members 102, developed to be hand-held by a user, plurality of motorized hinges 103 configured between the members 102 for tilting the members 102 towards/away from each other in view of allowing the user to store ingredients inside the members 102, an imaging unit 104 attached on the body 101 to detect presence of user in proximity to body 101, a biometric scanner 105 arranged on the body 101 for casting impression of the user's biometric which is compared with multiple pre-fed biometric scans stored in the database for authenticating the user, a RTC (real time clock) module linked with the microcontroller for monitoring and maintaining a real time track, and a motorized lid arranged on the member to open for allowing the user to access the food ingredient."
