MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311086719 A) filed by Tushar Mittal, Gurugram, Haryana, on Dec. 19, 2023, for 'digitized rust-free compact leveller component system.'

Inventor(s) include Tushar Mittal; and Jiya Lal.

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention, in general, relates to the field of modular construction and more particularly to an important digital component construction called "leveller" which can be attached to a bracket to create a framework or any structure. The present invention provides ready-to-install digitized leveller with enhanced compact design, precision, accuracy, stability, sturdiness, economic and phenomenal characteristics of rust-free over the traditional and prior art construction components. A ready-to-install pre-fabricated leveller consists of an assembly comprising a leveller foot and a threaded rod where levellers that are employed for the purpose of elevating or lowering the vertical pipes to fine-tune the relative height of the framework for construction purpose."
