Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Dispenser For Dispensing A Fluid' Filed by Aptar Italia S. P. A.

MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517094440 A) filed by Aptar Italia S. P. A., San Giovanni Teatino, Italy, on Oct. 1, for 'dispenser for dispensing a fluid.'

Inventor(s) include Carta, Lamberto; and Camplone, Fabrizio.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Described is a dispenser (1) for dispensing a fluid comprising a containing body (2) which can be inserted in a bottle, a ring nut (9) which can be screwed on the neck of the bottle and a dispensing head (13). The dispenser (1) also comprises a piston (6) slidable inside the containing body (2) and a hollow stem (3) associated below the piston (6). Inside the containing body (2) there is a concertina-like deformable element (7), defining a return spring, the concertina-like deformable element (7) being made of plastic material."

The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 27, 2024, under International application No.PCT/IB2024/052929.
