MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514032584 A) filed by Samsung Display Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on April 2, for 'display apparatus.'

Inventor(s) include Soyoung Jang; Hansol Kim; Jaedu Noh; and Youngjin Cho.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A display apparatus (10) includes a first pixel circuit (PC1) and a second pixel circuit (PC2) adjacent to each other in a first direction (x direction), and a first conductive layer (1200) over the first pixel circuit (PC1) and the second pixel circuit (PC2) and including a first data line (DL1), a second data line (DL2), a first voltage line overlapping the first pixel circuit (PC1), and a second voltage line overlapping the second pixel circuit (PC2), wherein each of the first pixel circuit (PC1) and the second pixel circuit (PC2) includes a first transistor (T1) including a first semiconductor pattern (1110) and a first gate electrode, a second transistor (T2) including a second semiconductor pattern (1120) and a second gate electrode, and a connection electrode (CTE) connecting the first transistor (T1) and the second transistor (T2) to each other, wherein the connection electrode of the second pixel circuit is arranged between the first voltage line and the first data line in a plan view."
