MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517067433 A) filed by Samsung Display Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on July 15, for 'display device.'
Inventor(s) include Bang, Ji Young; Koo, Dong Seong; Lim, Do Gi; and Seol, Min Soo.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A display device comprises: a first lower pattern disposed in a first region and disposed in the same layer as a light-emitting lower electrode; a second lower pattern disposed in a second region adjacent to the first region and disposed in the same layer as the first lower pattern; and an upper electrode that is disposed on the first lower pattern and the second lower pattern, is in contact with the first lower pattern in the first region, and overlaps with the second lower pattern in the second region."
The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 12, 2024, under International application No.PCT/KR2024/000637.
