The drive assembly (100) includes an electric motor (102) for generating rotational power and a dual-input shaft arrangement (104) having a drive mode input shaft (104-1) and a power take-off input shaft (104-2) arranged concentrically. A drive transmission unit (106) enables selection between speed mode and torque mode using a first set of synchronizers (106-2) and a mode selection mechanism (108). A power take-off unit (110) includes a counter shaft (110-1), an output shaft (110-2), and a second set of synchronizers (110-3). A bevel gear set (110-4) enables reverse rotation. A final drive shaft (112) transmits power to wheels."
