MUMBAI, India, May 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517015961 A) filed by Shandong Shuangyi Technology Co. Ltd., Shandong, China, on Feb. 24, for 'dual-joint mold turning device.'

Inventor(s) include Cui, Xiaozhi; and Su, Yong.

The application for the patent was published on May 30, under issue no. 22/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to the field of mold turning apparatuses. Provided is a dual-joint mold turning device, comprising an upper rotary arm, a middle rotary arm, a base, a middle telescopic assembly and two lateral telescopic assemblies. An upper mold connecting assembly is slidably provided on one side of the upper rotary arm; the upper end of the middle rotary arm is rotationally connected to the lower end of the upper rotary arm; the upper end of the base is rotationally connected to the middle of the middle rotary arm; a lower mold connecting assembly is provided on one side of the base; two ends of the middle telescopic assembly in a telescopic direction are respectively rotationally connected to the upper end of the upper rotary arm and the lower end of the side of the middle rotary arm away from the upper mold connecting assembly; and the lateral telescopic assemblies are arranged at two sides of the base, and two ends of each lateral telescopic assembly in the telescopic direction are respectively rotationally connected to the lower end of the side of the middle rotary arm facing the upper mold connecting assembly and the lower end of the side of the base facing the lower mold connecting assembly. By means of the dual-joint mold turning device of the present invention, a turning angle is increased, turning failure is avoided, the space required by the turning device is reduced, and the turning moment is more scientific and rational, thereby reducing the apparatus cost."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 03, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/129682.
