MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202537098087 A) filed by Beijing Roborock Technology Co. Ltd., Beijing, on Oct. 11, for 'dust box, self-moving cleaning device, and cleaning robot system.'
Inventor(s) include Qiu, Shuaibing; Zhang, Haozhe; and Yu, Luping.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided are a dust box (160), a self-moving cleaning device (100), and a cleaning robot system. The dust box (160) is provided with a garbage storage cavity (162), and an air inlet (163) and a dust discharge port (164) that are communicated with the garbage storage cavity (162), the side wall of the garbage storage cavity (162) where the dust discharge port (164) is located and other side walls of the garbage storage cavity (162) in the circumferential direction being obliquely arranged; and a flow guide member (165) provided in the garbage storage cavity (162) and used for guiding an airflow flowing into the air inlet (163) to the dust discharge port (164). Therefore, the problem of garbage in the dust box (160) gathering in the corner of the garbage storage cavity (162) without being collected can be avoided, thereby improving the thoroughness of collecting the garbage in the dust box (160) to a base station (200)."
