According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An efficiency monitoring system for workers and method thereof, comprises a wearable body 101 adapted to be worn by a worker during working hours, a health monitoring unit to detect vital parameters of the worker, at least one workstation sensor to monitor work performance, a data transmission module to wirelessly receive data from the health monitoring unit and workstation sensor, a processing unit to calculate a productivity index based on the productivity data, a physical strain level based on the physiological data and a fatigue recovery metric based on temporal changes in the physiological data, to generate a dynamic human efficiency index (HEI) score, at least one output interface to display the human efficiency index score, an alert unit to generate notifications over the output interface, and a method for monitoring and optimizing human work efficiency."
