MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517058110 A) filed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on June 17, for 'electronic device comprising conductive member.'
Inventor(s) include Lee, Daekyu; Lee, Jongwoon; and Oh, Myeongsu.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device may be provided. The electronic device may comprise a foldable housing and a flexible display. The housing may comprise: a protective member comprising a non-conductive part and a conductive part; and side members which form side surfaces of the housing and of which at least a part contains a conductive material. The conductive part may comprise a first conductive part, which is disposed on the inner surface of the protective member and of which at least a part extends parallel in the lengthwise direction of the electronic device, and a second conductive part, which is connected to the first conductive part and extends in a direction different from the direction in which the first conductive part extends."
