According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An emergency rescue system for water calamities, comprises of a cylindrical body 1 developed to be installed in a locality prone to water calamities, a pair of motorized circular sliders 2 integrated with multiple omnidirectional wheels 3 for moving body 1 on a ground surface, a computing unit accessed by a concerned authority for controlling operation to be performed by body 1, a motorized gate 4 provides an opening for allowing multiple users to get accommodated within body 1, multiple level sensors for monitoring level of water on surface, a pair of motorized propellers 6 drives body 1 through water towards target location, multiple oxygen cylinders 7 incorporated with mask 8 is accessible for user to breathe through mask 8, in case of any suffocation faced by users and an inflatable bag 9 for enabling body 1 to acquire a floating movement on water."
