Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Emulsion' Filed by Quadrise International Limited; and Vertoro B. V.

MUMBAI, India, May 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517017476 A) filed by Quadrise International Limited; and Vertoro B. V., London, on Feb. 27, for 'emulsion.'

Inventor(s) include Miles, Jason Victor; Brunelle, Patrick; Boot, Michael; and Kouris, Panagiotis.

The application for the patent was published on May 30, under issue no. 22/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An emulsion comprising an oil phase and an aqueous phase; the emulsion comprising: from about 0.05 wt.% to about 1 wt.% of a surfactant; and from about 0.1 wt.% to about 95 wt.% of C5 carbohydrate; and/or from about 0.1 wt.% to about 95 wt.% of C6 carbohydrate; wherein the sum of the components in the emulsion does not exceed 100 wt.%."

The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 31, 2023, under International application No.PCT/GB2023/052255.
