MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511126317 A) filed by Raghav Productivity Solutions Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Dec. 13, 2025, for 'end-of-line bagging, sealing & dual tarpaulin moisture protection.'

Inventor(s) include Sanjay Kabra.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "End-of-Line Bagging, Sealing & Dual Tarpaulin Moisture Protection The present invention discloses an innovative end-of-line packaging and dispatch system designed to protect moisture-sensitive refractory materials, specifically silica ramming mass, used in induction furnace linings. The system integrates automated discharge from programmable logic controller (PLC)-controlled intensive mixers with precise weighing systems, channeling the finished ramming mass via chutes directly into moisture-resistant lined gunny bags, where an inner impermeable lining serves as the primary barrier against humidity. These bags are automatically sealed using airtight mechanisms, such as heat-sealing or reinforced stitching, to prevent leakage and initial moisture ingress. Sealed bags are transferred via automated conveyors to a tarpaulin-lined base on a transport trailer for systematic stacking, eliminating intermediate storage and double handling to minimize exposure to ambient conditions. A second tarpaulin sheet is then applied over the stack, forming a dual-layer outer enclosure with the base tarpaulin, creating a comprehensive moisture barrier that protects the stack during transit. The process concludes with direct dispatch, ensuring a continuous flow that preserves the material's thermal resistance, chemical stability, and structural integrity by preventing hydration, clumping, and binder degradation."
