MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411002780 A) filed by Hnnoix India Private Limited, Gurugram, Haryana, on Jan. 14, 2024, for 'enhanced self optimize network.'

Inventor(s) include Hargovind Prasad Bansal.

The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a system and method for improving data throughput performance in wireless networks by enhancing the Self-Optimized Network (SON) framework with novel reporting mechanisms. Specifically, the invention introduces a data throughput reliability report, enabling user equipment (UE) to detect data throughput dips exceeding predefined thresholds and collect detailed statistics, including location, timestamp, cell information, percentage dip, direction (uplink or downlink), and UE state. These reports are transmitted to the network infrastructure, which analyzes the data to identify problematic cells, optimize resource allocation, and improve handover strategies through dynamic load balancing and proactive network adjustments. The invention further allows for threshold-based reporting, seamless integration into existing SON structures such as Mobility History Reports, and the use of logged MDT measurements for location-specific optimizations. By addressing throughput dips dynamically, the present invention ensures better network planning, enhanced user experiences, and improved adaptability to advanced wireless technologies like 5G and 6G."
