This method synthesizes digital ESG tools, localized training resources, modular assessment protocols, incentive-linked certification systems, and data-driven decision support into an ESG integration framework. It proposes a novel adoption framework compatible with existing government portals and introduces a phased implementation model that operationalizes ESG integration. The framework extends the utility of existing government portals towards ESG performance tracking and compliance facilitation, while being financially, operationally, and culturally sensitive to MSME capacities."
