According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An esthetic recommendation system for full-arch prosthetics of completely edentulous patients, comprising an image acquisition module 101 configured to obtain frontal and profile images of a patient, a pre-processing module 102 configured to automatically detect key facial landmarks from the frontal image, an anthropometric ratios determination module 103 analyzes facial proportions, a tooth prediction module 104 predicts tooth form based on the determined anthropometric ratios, a complexion based colour analysis module 105 evaluates the patient's skin tone and identifies the closest VMEbus International Trade Association (VITA) classic shade, a decision explanation module 106 summarizes the rationale behind each predicted tooth form and color selection, a digital prosthetic plan generating module 107 then produces a comprehensive prosthetic plan for the patient, all these functional modules 101,102,103,104,105,106,107 embedded in non volatile memory 109 to be executed by a processing module 108 for efficient, automated esthetic recommendation and prosthetic design generation."
