MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007798 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 5, 2024, for 'eye-makeup application device.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An eye-makeup application device, comprising a circular body 1 worn by a user over a finger, a telescopically operated cylindrical member 4 is installed over body 1 for accommodating eye-makeup tool 5, a user interface installed within a computing unit which is accessed by user to upload image containing facial structure, occasion, makeup type and shade that user desires to apply, an audio unit 6 for providing guidance to user, a iris 7 integrated within inlet for gripping inserted tool 5, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 8 for detecting position of eye and accordingly audio unit 6 assists user to positioning tool 5 near eye, a ball and socket joint 9 coupled between member 4 and body 1 for moving member 4 in order to apply makeup over eye via, a moisture sensor for detecting moisture level of makeup, and an air blower for drying applied makeup."
