MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202424059714 A) filed by Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., Beijing, on Aug. 7, 2024, for 'fatigue test apparatus for wind turbine blade.'

Inventor(s) include Wang, Jizhou; Han, Bo; and Jia, Panfeng.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application relates to the technical field of wind turbine blades, and in particular to a fatigue test apparatus for a wind turbine blade (100). The fatigue test apparatus for the wind turbine blade (100) includes: a mounting bracket (1), an excitation swing arm (2), and a transmission rod (3). The excitation swing arm (2) includes a driven end and a swing end provided relative to the driven end, and the driven end is rotatably installed on the mounting bracket (1). The driven end is configured to rotate reciprocatingly so that the swing end has a reciprocating swing stroke. One end of the transmission rod (3) is drivenly installed on the excitation swing arm (2), and the other end of the transmission rod (3) is drivenly connected to a wind turbine blade to drive the wind turbine blade to swing in an excitation manner."
