Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Filling For Confectionery And Confectionery Comprising That Filling' Filed by Societe Des Produits Nestle S. A.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517073691 A) filed by Societe Des Produits Nestle S. A., Vevey, Switzerland, on Aug. 2, for 'filling for confectionery and confectionery comprising that filling.'

Inventor(s) include Lazidis, Aristodimos; and Stokes, David.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a confectionery composition and methods of making the same.
