MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517073691 A) filed by Societe Des Produits Nestle S. A., Vevey, Switzerland, on Aug. 2, for 'filling for confectionery and confectionery comprising that filling.'
Inventor(s) include Lazidis, Aristodimos; and Stokes, David.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a confectionery composition and methods of making the same. In particular, the invention relates to confectionery fillings comprising water, sugar fat, and protein, and wherein the confectionery composition does not comprise hydrocolloid. Also provided is a process for the manufacture of a confectionery composition."
