The valve body and valve liner each include opposing pairs of openings for opening and closing the valve assembly. The valve assembly when in an open position allows fluid to flow through the openings of the valve body and valve liner and when closed the sidewall of the valve body presses firmly against the sidewall of the valve liner to form a seal therebetween ceasing all fluid flow."
