The extracts were manufactured using standard extraction procedures and formulated into tablets by dry granulation. The formulation was assessed for pharmaceutical parameters, in-vitro dissolution, and stability. Evaluating Anti-inflammatory activity using the carrageenan induced paw edema model was performed, where the formulation exhibited significant and dose-dependent inhibition of inflammation. The alcoholic extract at 250 mg/kg produced approximately 34.96 % inhibition of paw edema, comparable to the standard drug diclofenac. The invention provides a stable, standardized, and effective polyherbal tablet for the management of inflammatory conditions."
