MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517023179 A) filed by Clarity Pharmaceuticals Limited, Eveleigh, Australia, on March 15, for 'formulations for radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging and use thereof in treatment, diagnosis and imaging diseases.'
Inventor(s) include Mcinnes, Lachlan Eion; and Ironside, Michael David.
The application for the patent was published on June 20, under issue no. 25/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to formulations of radiolabelled compounds that are of use in radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging. Specifically, the present invention relates to aqueous formulations of 67 Cu radiolabelled compounds of Formula (I) further comprising a buffer, gentisic acid, ethanol and ascorbic acid for use in radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging."
