MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202544001562 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy, Espoo, Finland, on Jan. 7, for 'frequency domain resource allocation granularity.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, apparatuses and computer readable storage medium of frequency domain resource allocation (FDRA) granularity. In a method, a first apparatus receives, from a second apparatus, an indication of a pre-determined common FDRA granularity for the first apparatus and at least one co-scheduled terminal device of the first apparatus. In accordance with a determination that information of the at least one co-scheduled terminal device of the first apparatus is received from the second apparatus, the first apparatus performs a blind detection of modulation order (MO) and demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports across the first apparatus and the at least one co-scheduled terminal device based on the pre-determined common FDRA granularity."
