According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a compound of Formula I: I wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of C2-C8 alkenyl, C2-C8 substituted alkenyl, C3-C8 heterocycloalkyl, C3-C8 substituted heterocycloalkyl, C5-C7 heteroaryl, and C5-C7 substituted heteroaryl; R3 and R4 are both CH3; R2 and R5 are both hydrogen; R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 substituted alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, C2--C8 substituted alkenyl, C2-C8 alkynyl, C2-C8 substituted alkynyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, C1-C8 substituted alkoxy, thiol, alkylthio, and substituted alkylthio; or R6 and R7 may be covalently bonded together to form a saturated or unsaturated C3-C8 heterocycloalkyl or C3-C8 substituted heterocycloalkyl group; each R7 and R8 independently is selected from the group consisting of C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 substituted alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, C2-C8 substituted alkenyl, C2-C8 alkynyl, C2-C8 substituted alkynyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C3-C8 substituted cycloalkyl, benzyl, and substituted benzyl; or R7 and R8 may be covalently bonded together to form a saturated or unsaturated C3-C8 heterocycloalkyl or C3-C8 substituted heterocycloalkyl group; wherein any and all heterocyclic rings may contain up to three heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, N, and S; or a tautomer or salt thereof."
