MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517060414 A) filed by Syngenta Crop Protection Ag, Basel, Switzerland, on June 24, for 'fungicidal compositions.'
Inventor(s) include Edmunds, Andrew; Scarborough, Christopher Charles; Wolf, Hanno Christian; and Grasso, Valeria.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A fungicidal composition comprising a mixture of components (A) and (B), wherein components (A) and (B) are as defined in claim 1, and use of the compositions in agriculture or horticulture for controlling or preventing infestation of plants by phytopathogenic microorganisms, preferably fungi."
The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 29, 2023, under International application No.PCT/EP2023/083489.
