MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202321087090 A) filed by Marico Limited, Maharashtra, on Dec. 20, 2023, for 'hair serum composition with mineral oil and improvement in shine of the hair fibres.'
Inventor(s) include Ghosh, Amit Kumar; Ghatkar, Sneha; Shaw, Rajesh; and Shetty, Shreedevi.
The application for the patent was published on June 27, under issue no. 26/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is related to hair serum formulations comprising higher amounts of mineral oil.
