MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024968 A) filed by Hero Motocorp Limited, New Delhi, on March 27, 2024, for 'handlebar of a vehicle.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a handlebar (110) of a vehicle (100). The vehicle includes a bridge fork member (202), a first adjusting bolt member (302), and a second adjusting bolt member (402). The first adjusting bolt member and the second adjusting bolt member are threadedly engaged with a left handlebar member (210) and a right handlebar member (212), respectively. The first and second adjusting bolt members are rotatably operated to allow the left and right handlebar members to traverse between a first predetermined length (L1) and a second predetermined length (L2). Further, releasably engaging a first stopper member (304) and a second stopper member (404) to the corresponding first adjusting bolt member and the second adjusting bolt member prevents the first adjusting bolt member and the second adjusting bolt member from being unsecured from a left mounting provision (204) and a right mounting provision (206)."
