MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012953 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 22, 2024, for 'head wearable safety gear device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A head wearable safety gear device comprises a hemi-spherical shaped body 1 incorporating a strap 2 and a latch 3 arranged on the body 1 to secure the body 1 on a user's head, a pressure sensor installed on the strap 2 for detecting pressure, a motorized roller 4 arranged on the first side for wrapping the strap 2, a fire sensor mapped on the body 1 for fire, a pair of pivot joint 5 arranged on the body 1 for deploying a fire-resistive sheet 11, a noise sensor mapped on the body 1 for detecting noise, a pair of L-shaped telescopic bars 6 attached with each side of the body 1 to place a pair of cushioned members 9 attached with the bars 6 to cover the ears, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 7 to authenticate the user, and multiple LEDs 8 arranged on the body 1 for notifying."
