The local control circuit receives level data and quality data and places the valve in a closed state when the quality data corresponds to a non-permitted water condition irrespective of the level data. The wireless communication unit transmits local status data to the remote supervisory node, and the remote supervisory node stores records and monitors water supply status for the drinking vessel."
