Further, the method includes determining an EAS instantiation completion time that indicates a predicted time when the EAS instantiation is expected to complete. Further, the method includes generating an EAS discovery response message that includes the discovery filter identity and the EAS instantiation completion time. Further, the method includes transmitting the EAS discovery response message to the EEC (102). Furthermore, the method includes receiving the EAS discovery request message along with the discovery filter identity from the EEC (102) based on the EAS instantiation completion time provided in the EAS discovery response message."
