The method (100) includes performing (102) gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of Drynaria quercifolia exosomes, identifying (104) bioactive phytocompounds from mass spectral data (30) obtained from the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, evaluating (110) drug-likeness properties of the identified bioactive phytocompounds using Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria, assessing (114) toxicity profiles of the bioactive phytocompounds using computational toxicity prediction, predicting (120) molecular targets of the bioactive phytocompounds for inflammation-related proteins, performing molecular docking analysis between the bioactive phytocompounds and the predicted inflammation-related target proteins, and generating a comprehensive analysis report indicating anti-inflammatory therapeutic potential based on the molecular docking analysis."
