MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547082035 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy, Espoo, Finland, on Aug. 29, for 'indication of requirements of a user equipment.'
Inventor(s) include Lahteensuo, Toni Harri Henrikki; Ranta-Aho, Karri Markus; Hakola, Sami-Jukka; and Tiirola, Esa Tapani.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "There is provided an apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to perform: transmitting, to a network node, an indication of a need for a guard band between a first signal and a second signal; receiving, from the network node, a configuration of a first set of frequency resources for receiving the first signal, wherein the first set of frequency resources is separated from a second set of frequency resources of the second signal at least by the indicated guard band."
