MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527072201 A) filed by Shenzhen Smartmore Technology Co. Ltd.; and Shanghai Smartmore Technology Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on July 29, for 'integrated cleaning and inspection machine.'
Inventor(s) include Huang Zhicheng; Zhou Bin; Lu Xinjian; and Zhou Qisheng.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An integrated cleaning and inspection machine comprising a portal frame (30) wiping mechanisms (40) rotary conveying assemblies (50) and visual inspection mechanisms (60). A plurality of wiping mechanisms (40) are mounted side by side on the front side of the portal frame (30) by means of a first movement mechanism; a plurality of visual inspection mechanisms (60) are mounted side by side on the rear side of the portal frame (30) by means of a second movement mechanism; and two sets of rotary conveying assemblies (50) are respectively provided with a plurality of product jigs (80) capable of swinging and rotating wherein one set of rotary conveying assembly (50) corresponds to the wiping mechanisms (40) the other set of rotary conveying assembly (50) corresponds to the visual inspection mechanisms (60) and the two sets of rotary conveying assemblies (50) are configured to transfer products when moving to the middle position of the wiping mechanisms (40) and the visual inspection mechanisms (60). The device can achieve multi angle and multi surface wiping cleaning and inspection the occupied space is reduced and the costs are reduced."
