According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed herein is an integrated solar photovoltaic and thermoelectric energy harvesting device (100) comprises a support platform (102) for structurally mounting components. A solar energy collection unit (104) with a plurality of solar cells (106) and a photovoltaic layer (108) converts sunlight into electricity and thermal energy. A thermoelectric conversion unit (110), including a plurality of thermoelectric generators (112) and a thermocouple array (114), converts residual heat into electricity. A thermal dissipation unit (116) with heat sinks (118) and a coolant circulation unit (120) maintains thermal gradients. Electrical output is measured by a plurality of electrical output measurement unit (122) and processed by a hybrid power monitoring unit (124). A cooling control unit (126) with two direct current motors (128, 130), powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery (132), regulates cooling. A single pole double throw switch (134) and a wiring and connection assembly (136) ensure power flow and control."
