MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202537100683 A) filed by Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Oct. 17, for 'interaction method and smart watch.'

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application provides an interaction method and a smart watch. The method comprises: displaying a dial interface, the dial interface comprising a first object and a first control; in response to a first operation of the user for the first control, controlling the first object to move forward; detecting the operation of the user rotating a crown, and determining a rotation direction; when the rotation direction is a first direction, in response to the operation of the user rotating the crown, controlling the first object to move forward while causing the first object to move left; and when the rotation direction is a second direction, in response to the operation of the user rotating the crown, controlling the first object to move forward while causing the first object to move right. The smart watch of the present application can display on the dial interface the object capable of interacting with the user, and when the user rotates the crown, on the basis of the operation of the user rotating the crown, the smart watch can control the object in the dial interface to interact with the user, so that the interaction between the smart watch and the user can be enhanced, interestingness is enhanced, and user experience can be improved."
