Its cartridge is made of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers which reduced vibrations which inturn reduces sound and recoil. It operates like an ordinary firearm, with same recoil and reload spring action, safety switch, trigger and magazine. The coin cell battery is fixed in the magazine, when it is loaded the current passes to both the switches. One terminal to safety switch and the other to the trigger. With the safety ON, when the push button in trigger is pressed the current flows through the resistive filament and burns it up which in turn ignites the explosion."
