The method involves a first network apparatus (100) receiving an S&F information request message from a second network apparatus (200), which seeks to obtain S&F information for application enablement. The first network apparatus (100) then authenticates and authorizes the second network apparatus (200) requesting the S&F information. Upon successful authentication and authorization, the first network apparatus (100) generates an S&F information response message by incorporating the requested S&F information and transmits this response message back to the second network apparatus (200). The present invention ensures secure and efficient transfer of S&F information, facilitating enhanced application enablement within the communication system."
