MUMBAI, India, Sept. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311019691 A) filed by Galgotias University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on March 22, 2023, for 'limb stretching device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Shafat Ahmad Khan; and Dr. Rajeev Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 27, under issue no. 39/2024.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a limb stretching device, comprising a frame 1 having a first portion 2 and second portion 3, an image capturing module 4 arranged over first portion 2 for detecting user height, a sliding arrangement 5 configured with a spherical inflatable body 6 mapped over first portion 2 for sliding the body 6, an air compressor 7 linked with body 6 for inflating the body 6, a holographic projector 8 mounted over first portion 2 for projecting circles, a speaker 9 is installed over first portion 2 for notifying user, a motorized hinge 12 embedded between rods 10 and first portion 2 to provide movement to rods 10, a pair of telescopic rods 10 assembled with a C-shaped clamp 11 configured with first portion 2 for positioning clamp 11 and a FBG sensor 13 mapped over second portion 3 for detecting user health."
