MUMBAI, India, June 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517005957 A) filed by Lg Energy Solution, Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Jan. 24, for 'lithium secondary battery and manufacturing method therefor.'
Inventor(s) include Kim, Jae Min; Wi, Yeon Hwa; Kim, Chang Ho; Kim, Hyun Jin; and Kim, Seon Uk.
The application for the patent was published on June 6, under issue no. 23/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery manufacturing method and a lithium secondary battery. The lithium secondary battery manufacturing method comprises: a first step of arranging an electrode assembly in a battery case, and injecting an electrolyte so as to manufacture a battery cell; and a second step of pre-cycling the battery cell three times or more."
