MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421020381 A) filed by Bajaj Electricals Limited, Maharashtra, on March 19, 2024, for 'louver assembly for air cooler.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a louver assembly (100) for an air cooler. The louver assembly (100) comprises: a first louver (102) comprising a first plurality of slats, and capable of oscillating about a first vertical axis; a second louver (104) comprising a second plurality of slats, and capable of oscillating about a second vertical axis; and a motor mechanism (106, 206) capable of driving the concurrent oscillation of the first louver (102) about the first vertical axis and the second louver (104) about the second vertical axis, wherein the direction of oscillation of the first plurality of slats in the first louver (102), and the second plurality of slats in the second louver (104) is opposite to each other."
